How to pick a Fansly agency

Team at a table in working light, a guide to choosing a Fansly agency

Most “Fansly agencies” in Telegram are not agencies. They are one person with a template, side-hustle chatters, and a screenshot of someone else’s payout. Here is how to pick a team so that in three months you still have the page, the money, and your nerves.

Use this checklist on anyone, including Muse Agency.

What you are actually buying

Not “promotion.” You hand over operations: chat, prices, traffic, cadence. You keep shooting and limits. If an agency cannot say in five minutes who writes the fans, who sets the price, who brings people, and where the payout lands — stop listening.

Commission without that list is a tax on hope.

Nine red flags

1. No written contract

Terms in a chat are not a contract. Tomorrow the “manager” changes and nobody remembers the split. A real Fansly agency locks commission, bonus, who owns the account, access, and exit before launch.

2. A blind year and a penalty to leave

A team that trusts its results does not keep you in a cage. A long lock with no way out monetises your fear, not your account.

3. The account or the card in the agency’s name

Fansly payouts should come to you. The agency is not a middleman for the money. Anyone who wants the page re-registered in their name wants the asset, not a partner.

4. An entry fee, “training,” “traffic prepaid”

A commission shop lives on a percentage. An upfront “so we can start” is a classic in this niche. Traffic the agency includes in the work should not look like your first invoice before the first fan.

5. Guaranteed income

“Top 1% in a month,” “every girl hits $X.” Results depend on niche, shooting rhythm, chat. Anyone who guarantees a number before they have seen you shoot is lying in the ad.

6. No live call

If they will not show a face or use a voice, that is a funnel, not a team. Before launch there should be a conversation: limits, format, who sits in chat.

7. Pressure to shoot what you already refused

“You won’t earn without this” on a line you already drew is a stop. Limits go in the brief. A custom that breaks them is not “an opportunity.”

Model privacy is not an FAQ line. If the agency portfolio is built from faces of girls who “haven’t decided yet,” leave. What normal looks like: country blocks and access.

9. Bots instead of chat, and “we’ll reply when we can”

On Fansly the till is the inbox. A night-shaped hole in chat is a burned subscriber. A “manager #4” script is readable in three messages.

Questions to ask on the call

Write the answers down. Compare them to the contract. If the chat says one thing and the paper says another, one of them is lying.

  1. What is the commission, and on what: gross, after the platform fee, any “small” extras?
  2. Who receives the Fansly payout — me or you?
  3. Whose name is on the account, the email, 2FA?
  4. How do I leave: notice, what happens to access, is there a commission tail after exit?
  5. Who writes in chat, and how do you keep my tone and my limits?
  6. Traffic: which sources, what is banned, who eats the ban risk?
  7. How often do I see numbers — a regular report, not a one-off screenshot?
  8. Is there a start bonus, who is eligible, where is it written?

The last one at Muse is simple: the new-model bonus is available to everyone who starts with us. Amount and form depend on the case — ask. We do not print a dollar figure on the site so we are not selling air.

Green flags you cannot buy with a moodboard

How not to choose

By the agency’s Instagram follower count. By “we’re top according to a Telegram channel.” By a payout screenshot with no context: period, niche, how many girls were dropped.

Choose by whether you can inspect the process. Muse Agency is based in Ukraine, answers applications in Telegram, and puts terms in writing. If this checklist says we are not a fit — nobody is better than the first person who typed “hey models.” Apply.
